Happy New Year…I hope you have had a positive start?
On Dec 24th 2018 I looked at everything I could of done differently in my coaching and consulting business to have had more growth. I was very happy (actually ecstatic) with my growth of 34% from 2017.
Being a very determined business owner my first thought was how can I grow by 35% in 2019? The response lies in answering these 3 simple questions.
1. How can I generate more leads in my coaching company?
2. How can I leverage better from my existing raving fans?
3. How can I create more real value from my clients?
Once I had these answers I rolled my sleeves up and got to work. I am taking MASSIVE ACTION!!
Now, what questions will you ask yourself this week to ensure you ‘uncover’ what to improve and tweak in 2019…so you can grow your membership or client numbers faster?
