If you have been following my last few posts you will see that I am a big advocate of Facebook Ads for business. It is an absolute gold mine if done properly. In this post, I’m going to share with you our number 1 strategy for utilizing Facebook Ads to grow your business.
Before you start with your Facebook Ad campaign, you need to work out what you want your outcome to be. If you are a gym or PT, it’s usually generating more leads or clients for your business. So, before you start your Facebook Ads you need to have somewhere to send them. As with most people these days, they like to try before they buy. They need some sort of incentive to test you out. So, you need to give away something of value to generate these leads, be it a free pass, discount, ebook or report.
The free ebook or report, especially if you brand it to your business, is a great way to build credibility. If you are looking to build up lots of numbers to market to then this is a great way to go. Get lots of numbers through, then market to them via email.
If you provide a free pass or discount this is a way to generate hot leads that are ready to go. I would recommend trying both strategies.
So, now you know what you’d like to give away, the next thing you need to do is create somewhere for them to go to be able to receive this free giveaway. This could be the home page of your website, or even better for Facebook Ads, is to create a 1 page landing page with your offer.
This page should include your business logo, a short video if possible or image/slideshow and a short description of what they are going to get. The key to these pages is to keep it simple and not over do it with too much information.
The next important step is to include an email opt-in form where they can leave their name, email and phone number so you can follow up with them. The opt-in form should then be set up to an auto responder system which has follow up emails to be sent out on set intervals. This keeps you front of mind and helps build rapport.
These emails can contain healthy recipes, workout tips, event or promotions and more. The key is to build value rather than sell, sell, sell.
Creating these landing pages can be done yourself, or you could get us to help you create one for minimal cost with all the things needed including the email auto-responder system.
The next step once your landing page is set up is to create your Facebook Ads. In the next post I’m going to share some of the fantastic ways you can get your business in front of the people you want for cents in the dollar.
